Excellent staff, Great food, Great care, Super activity program, with outings often available. Light and airy, never smells bad, even though our "new" building is 25 years old now. Park Place opened October 2010 as a licensed Intermediate Care Facility. It is home to 16 individuals with severe intellectual and developmental disabilities. Park Place emphasizes community involvement for each person and developing relationships within the larger community. This location offers private rooms with 24-hour nursing care, occupational, speech and physical therapy in addition to psychological and behavioral services.
